still weeps engineering should have used double oring design or at a min a wider oring that would have made up for any corrosion mine seeps 20Ā° degrees seals on warm up diameter it is a few thousands to small

I like the way it looks. Very nice. I think a double o ring would have been better, to reduce the chance of leaking . I Purchased this to save the time and expense of changing the thermostat crossover manifold, that is prone to leaking. I have doubled up thinner o rings on leaky tubes with success , and also used metric o rings. over all great idea( ps allen head bolt harder to use due to tight area using regular bolt

Factory tube and O-ring is junk! Removed for a turbo and oil coolant line replacement and upon reinstallation could not get this to stop leaking -replaced the tube and went through 3 replacement o-rings. In scouring the internet, this SPE part is the ONLY thing that I found that appeared to be a reliable solution. Upon ordering, the customer service and communication, from SPE, was outstanding. The part arrived sooner than expected, took less than a minute to install, and was an immediate fix! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - don't even waste time trying to reinstall the stock tube and O-Ring!

This took care of my nagging heater outlet pipe leak. I was able to install it without removing anything although it is tight working quarters. Installed in a little over an hour. I just completed a 1000 mile trip pulling an RV and no leak! I highly recommend.

The part fit perfectly. No issues with installation. I would greatly recommend purchasing this part with the emperor kit. It would have saved me a few days. After installing my emperor kit the only issue I had was a small drip of antifreeze. I drained the system a couple times bought new O rings and the drip never stopped. Then I decided to purchase the SPE part.

My stock fitting is still in good shape so I have not drained the coolant to install this YET. That being said, itās a high quality machined part and based on other experiences with SPE parts, Iām CERTAIN it will fit perfectly.

This part is very well made and takes care of the cheap setup that ford used on the metal coolant pipe. Install was extremely easy, and was a great way to get rid of the cheap seal on the OEM setup that was leaking on my at only truck at only 75,000 miles. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a 6. 7 powerstoke.
