6.7L CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit 2.0: Containment, Monitoring, Peace of Mind

If you own a 6.7 with a CP4, you’ve probably heard the horror stories: one bad day, and the pump sends “glitter” through rails/lines/injectors and your wallet magically gets much lighter. This Disaster Prevention 2.0 kit is basically a containment plan. It’s plug-and-play, no cutting, and uses factory-style nylon push-on lines / hardline connections—no rubber fuel hose or pex clamps. It won’t stop a CP4 from failing, but it can help keep contamination from spreading and gives you a way to monitor pump health.
