During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but DO NOTinclude foreign taxes or customs duties at the time of purchase.
We make every effort to ship products the same day (when ordered by 1PM EST) but we strive for a a 2-3 business day shipping window. Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Generally, our standard free shipping option can take 3-8 business days for delivery and our 2-Day option delivers within two business days to most addresses, Monday - Friday. However, please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address. Please see each individual item page for details on an item’s availability. Backordered items will ship as soon as SPE receives sufficient inventory. We strive to keep accurate information on any product page with a backordered item(s). Also, please feel free to enter your email address on the product page of any backordered item, where it says "Notify Me When Available" and we will let you know as soon as that item has restocked.
Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. All returns must be pre-approved by SPE. The parts will be inspected by SPE and if in satisfactory condition, we will issue a credit.
A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all returns due to customer error or any problems not caused by SPE. Absolutely no returns on custom built or special ordered items. Before refusing or returning any product, please email customer service at email@example.com and make prior arrangements. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be issued to receive any form of compensation for the return.
SPE recommends contacting us before placing any order to review inventory and ETA if not in stock. Part inventory changes by the minute. We check all warehouses & our dealer network to find the closest inventory to your location to get your parts to you as fast as we can. In some cases your order may not be in-stock and will need to be placed on backorder. We will notify you via email a estimated ETA as quickly as possible.
Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. If you place an order with SPE and choose to cancel your order before receiving your parts, SPE will refund your order minus a 10% cancellation processing fee.

Missing or shipping damage must be must be reported within 10 business days from the receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to request photographs of the packaging, contents, etc. in order to properly address the situation. The carrier may also request to pick up the package.

SPE Motorsport provides a 30-day warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer's defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use. Warranty and guarantee applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
SPE has partnered with Extend to offer extended warranties. Warranties must be added to the order at the time of checkout.

All cores must be shipped to the appropriate address which is emailed to you after placing your order. You MUST include your completed core return documents which can be found HERE. Failure to do so may delay or significantly reduce your core return amount.
Each manufacturer's expectations vary but as a general rule of thumb, cores are expected to be for like-parts.
For example, if you purchased a CP4 for a 2015+ Powerstroke and you're core is a 2011 CP4 it may not be accepted.
