COMPETITION USE PRODUCTS
Many of the products sold for aftermarket use may or may not be legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles anywhere in the United States and these rules may vary from state to state.
It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of this product to ensure that it is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This policy only applies to installers and/or users who are located within the United States, however, customers who reside in other countries should act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
All SPE parts are designed to be used on our race specific engines that we build. Use in any other way is up to the end user.

Snyder Performance Engineering (SPE) makes every effort to ship all orders of in-stock items within 2-3 business days of the order being processed. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays.
Time in transit is only an estimate unless a guaranteed service is selected. SPE provides the fastest, most affordable shipping options available. International orders containing an out-of-stock item will be held until the complete shipment can be fulfilled. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes not included in the transit costs. SPE utilizes UPS & USPS to ship domestic orders. All international orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Domestic and International shipping rates can be viewed in the checkout screen prior to completing the order process. All delivery methods will be delivered by 3 p.m. to most commercial U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residential addresses. SPE is always looking at improving our service to our customers. We have tried to list every country on our website however if your country is not listed please send us an email at sales@spediesel.com and we will review including your country and get back with you.
Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. All returns must be pre-approved by SPE. Products must be unused, uninstalled & in their original packaging. The parts will be inspected by SPE and if in satisfactory condition, we will issue a credit. A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all returns due to customer error or any problems not caused by SPE. Absolutely no returns on custom built, electronics/electrical parts, or special ordered items.
Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (724-520-4773) and make prior arrangements. An authorization number must be issued to receive any form of compensation for the return. Any returns for non-SPE products will follow the manufacturer's return policy.
SPE recommends contacting us before placing any order to review inventory and ETA if not in stock.
Part inventory changes by the minute. We check all warehouses & our dealer network to find the closest inventory to your location to get your parts to you as fast as we can.
In some cases your order may not be in-stock and will need to be placed on backorder. We will notify you via email a estimated ETA as quickly as possible.
Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
If you place an order with SPE and choose to cancel your order before receiving your parts, SPE will refund your order minus a 10% cancellation processing fee.
Once again, SPE recommends contacting us before placing ANY orders to review inventory and ETA.

Due to many regulations outside of our control and the ever changing rules and policies we cannot guarantee your item can be shipped to a California address. We will make ever attempt to contact you as soon as possible to arrange for a new shipping location or to cancel your order. If you aren't sure if the item can be shipped to California you can email us at sales@spediesel.com.
We are currently shipping to Canada & Australia. During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties.
International Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase and a minimum delivery time of 15 business days (excluding U.S. Holidays) should be taken into consideration, as International borders and Customs could delay the estimated delivery time. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your country’s Customs Department upon arrival.

These products may be used SOLEY on vehicles used in sanctioned competition which may never be used upon a public road or highway unless permitted by specific regulatory exemption (for more info regarding your state visit the "emissions" page at www.semasan.com/emissions).
Many products are legal in ONLY for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a highway.
