OEM installed 6.7L Powerstroke intercoolers are notorious for failing under pressure. They crack and leak when things get fun. That’s why we created the SPE Booklung Intercooler. We designed this beastly intercooler for the reality of your truck's hot water system, not some unrealistic ice bath (many on the market today use intercooler cores designed for ice bath setups, which is not what the 6.7 actually uses). Made with thick billet tanks for absurd durability (tested to 150 PSI!), PLUS it squeezes out 130 lb-ft more torque and cuts pressure drop in half.
