The S550 stock rubber bushings are great for absorbing noise, vibration, & harnesses (NVH), but do nothing for performance applications. Eliminate wheel hop by attaching the cradle to the chassis the way it should be for performance applications.
SPE Motorsport'sLockout Kit is designed to nearly eliminate cradle bushing deflection, which is one of the biggest causes of wheel hop. SPE’s billet aluminum upper bushing lockout rings capture the inner bushing sleeve and the outer lip of the bushing cup on the front cradle. The lower bushing locating washers capture the bottom of the bushings’ inner sleeves. By capturing both parts of the bushings’ inner sleeves, all movement is nearly eliminated. The integrated alignment design reduces the cost by eliminating the need to purchase Delrin alignment dowels as needed with competitors' kits. NVH (noise vibration harshness) is not increased. Installation can be completed with simple hand tools.
