I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased from SPE ! They have top shelf parts, most are much better then factory OEM parts, i removed my factory drain valve on my 2011 F550 and itās got a hairline crack in the one side, because itās made of plastic, yep put a plastic valve in your separating filter area, makes no sense to me, so I put in the valve I got from SPE , it looks great and fits awesome, And itās not plastic!!

High quality part and I can't wait to get it installed. The factory plastic drain plug leaves alot for improvement. My only complaint would be the packaging. Very thin bubble wrap which allowed it to get scratched during shipping. No box or anything, just placed in an envelope. Sticker was also torn and damaged.

Old one came out and the billet threaded right in. Hasnāt leaked a drop or had any issues. Just a nice little insurance policy.

Just put it on to replace the old drain valve that would not stop leaking took to dealer they just cranked it tighter an still leaked i was afaid they damaged the new fuel housing i put on so i got the new spe part switched it out an east to tighten by hand an no more leak just need a matching fuel housing now

Added the drain valve when I changed my fuel filter. The old plastic drain valve was hard to open and I expected this to hard to close. I couldn't believe how smooth it installed and how easy it was to use. Would highly recommend.

This thing is tons better than the garbage factory plastic piece. Granted I never use the drain when I change the filter. But why not have a higher quality product that with last far longer than the factory piece.

This a great replacement to the oem cheap plastic drain valve on the fuel/water separator filter! Fits good and looks cool too. If youāre drain is cracked or leaking this is what you need. No more fuel stains in the driveway. The larger handle and durability makes removal a lot easier.

I bought this because the OEM part is plastic and looks like it would brake easily. This product is well made, from metal, and looks and feels like it will last longer than the truck! Great product and I would definitely recommend this to others.

No brainer upgrade! I just picked up a 2016 F250 6.7 and this was the first aftermarket part I installed on it. Super easy install, 100x better than stock and I don't have to worry about it snapping off when I'm simply checking the fuel/water separator. Great product!

Great usefully product. Not a must have during winter month it sure is nice to have a stout drainage plug. Not picky but wish it came in different colors but that doesnāt take away of the quality and functionality obviously.

Love the idea of an aluminum alloy drain valve but with the current version the knob hits the outside of the filter housing before its able to be tightened all the way. The outside of the knob is beveled but the inside is not. Perhaps a bad batch that were not beveled on both sides?
Had to bevel mine with my bench grinder which of course removes the green anodizing.

Easy install. Way more durable than stock. Don't have to worry about it breaking. Love the SPE engraved into it. Even though nobody else can see it, I will when I drain water or change filters. SPE always has great parts/upgrades. I have numerous other parts from them. I have been a customer for going on 3 years now , and plan on being one for much longer.

maintenance an absolute breeze. No more slipping fingers when installing or removing, with SPEās drain valve, being about 50-75% larger in diameter.
