The SPE Motorsport Injector Return Repair Kit is designed to replace the problematic, brittle factory injector return line nipple which can break down overtime. Due to the sheer size of the return line nipple, it is also a common breaking point when working on or near the factory upper fuel filter.
When the OEM nipple breaks while driving or under pressure, the fuel system will spray fuel under the hood which can cause a fire hazard and renders the truck inoperable until repaired.
The SPE Motorsport Injector Return Repair Kit for the 11-16 Powerstroke includes an injector return manifold which features a reference port for diagnostic use (i.e. fuel pressure readings, etc.) or for a fuel pressure gauge. It also includes an injector return body, quick connect fitting, and custom designed nylon retainer inserts and o-rings for a factory-style connection.
For the 17-21 Powerstroke the Injector Return Repair Kit includes the injector return body, custom designed nylon retainer inserts, and custom o-rings for a factory-style connection.

After damaging the fuel return when replacing a fuel filter (which is VERY easy to do), this part save the labor and expense of replying the entire line. Easy install, no issues.
Great Quality as expected from SPE. When I installed it my factory barb was very brittle and more then likely would’ve broken on the next filter change.
It’s a shame Ford didn’t install this type of quality to start with. This is a huge improvement for the OEM connector. Great upgrade!
Looks great and thus far performs perfectly. This is my third order from SPE, one is still on back order but their customer service and the personal touches are a breath of fresh air. I will be ordering again soon.
I definitely like this product. I added a little bit of blue loctite to each of the barbed fittings and Teflon to the plug. Everything snapped into place just fine. Only difference is the new fitting is slightly longer than the old one. So snap the fitting onto the hose first before snapping onto the filter. Other than that this is a big improvement over the stock plastic fitting.
This fuel line adaptor is great and great quality. But on my 2020 F450 the fuel lime is too sort for this unit to work. on this truck Ford has UPDATED to a 90* fitting off of the fuel filter. I am sure there will be a work around for this shortly.
